This necklace showcases a stunning polymer clay bead set made by the exceptionally talented Barcelona artist Montse. The 40 x 15 x 12 mm pendant, and the 13 mm acent beads, are all covered with foil that is an extraordinary shade of rich purple cobalt blue. I have no other beads in my collection (except seed beads) that come anywhere near matching this remarkable color. It is definitely a oneof-a-kind color. The pendant and beads are embellished with raised gold trailings, and the pendant has a marvelous old-fashioned image of a girl. I strung these beads with metallic gold round faceted 8 mm Czech glass beads and with Miyuki glass seed beads that are the same stunning purple cobalt blue as the polymer clay beads. The necklace is 16 inches long, with a 3-inch extender, giving it a working length of 16-19 inches.
