This necklace is made completely of rare vintage Swarovski topaz 14 mm margaritas. These fabulous crystals, shaped like snowflakes or flowers (depending on whether you're a winter or a summer person :-)), are fundamentally rivoli crystals with scalloped edges. They come to a central point both front and back, and have facets radiating out like rays from the centers. This type of faceting gives greater depth and sparkle to a crystal than any other, in my opinion. I think that margaritas are one of the greatest designs created by Swarovski. These crystals are dazzling. I spaced them with just enough golden glass seed beads to separate the crystals. This topaz beauty is 16 1/2 inches long, with a 3-inch extender, giving it a working length of 16 1/2 to 19 1/2 inches. Signed RLN. Price: $80
